We invite you to join us as we celebrate the life and memory of United States Army Captain Maria Ortiz. Maria Ortiz was tragically killed in Iraq in July, 2007.
Maria Ortiz was the first Army nurse to die in the Iraq war, and also the first Army nurse to die since Vietnam.
